There are only a few weeks left until Europe’s premier event on preparative chromatography. Every two years the leaders in preparative chromatography meet for the Symposium on Preparative and Industrial Chromatography and Allied Techniques (SPICA). YMC’s booth at SPICA has a long standing tradition.
But his year, in several ways, there is more than just tradition: for the first time YMC will host a free lunch seminar during the symposium. On Tuesday September 14th 2010, enjoy a complimentary lunch, while we introduce the newest generation of preparative NP and RP phases: YMC-Triart – pH stable “multilayered” hybrid media.
YMC-Triart features excellent pH-stability up to pH 12. Needless to say, that YMC Triart provides seamless scalability from analytical right through to process scale. 30 years of experience developing processes for the purification of Insulin and other peptides have gone into the design of this hybrid material stationary phase. With an innovative production process based on micro reaction technology, excellent reproducibility, a very narrow pore size distribution and very well defined mechanically stable hybrid particles are guaranteed. This warrants highly economical separations with high loading capacity. Furthermore, with its stability at basic pH, YMC-Triart enables very effective CIP procedures, leading to longer lifetimes for the chromatographic bed. At the same time, YMC-Triart is characterized by a well balanced ratio between hydrophobicity and hydrogen bonding capacity, which is unique for hybrid materials.
This makes YMC-Triart “first choice” for the development of cost effective production processes.
Join us at SPICA to be among the first to see how YMC-Triart can improve your process, or helps solving challenges you are facing. Also those registering their interest at SPICA will be among the first to receive a scout column or bulk sample of the new material.
SPICA is held from 12 to 15.th of September 2010 in Stockholm (Sweden) at Clarion Hotel Stockholm. For more information please visit www.spica2010.se .
